  • Comment: A1 Carpet Care is Dependable and Accommodating to My Schedule! The A1 Carpet Care service reps that come out and do the work are all very friendly and informative. They tell you the cost upfront. They ask you if you want to do the extra stuff, like pet stain removal, but they don't pressure you to do anything you don't want. Both guys who've been out here have done a very thorough job. I've been very satisfied and I've been a customer for about four years. I've always gotten a quote first. They've stuck to their estimates and never been any more than the original quote. I really like that they accommodate my schedule and ask me when I want them to come clean. They don't just give you an appointment and say that's when they have to come. I'm completely happy with A1 Carpet Care.
