A1 Carpet Care Customer Satisfaction Survey

  • Comment: Good but not great My carpets looks significantly better than they did, but there are still several spots that looked good initially, but have since looked like they were barely touched. It’s been 2 days since they were cleaned. I really liked the technician and he worked hard. He showed up before the appointment window of 9-12, which I very much appreciated. Maybe I was hoping for more than what was possible. My carpet is very light in color so I understand they are more challenging to clean. I don’t expect them to look new and they do look significantly better than they did. I paid extra for the deep cleaning and it was successful in some spots and unsuccessful in others. I would recommend A-1 to others who need their carpets cleaned. They were professional, timely and worked hard.
