    From the beginning, talking to the woman who answered the phone all the way until the gentleman they sent out, I had a great experience. Randy was extremely respectful, did not push or oversell but knew his stuff. He made me laugh and made me feel like I could trust his judgement and I wouldn't be ripped off.
