  My carpet was a mess because I have a dog. A1 Carpet Care cleaned it once, but they were not satisfied with the first go-around, so they took it back of they're own accord and re-cleaned it. It turned out fine.
  
  I first heard about A1 on Angie's List. I read about them, called them, and I thought they were accommodating. It all worked out fine
