Comment: I certainly liked the price 3 rooms for $99. He showed up on time with a good attitude, immediately went to work and explained how their steam process works . He performed a very thorough job on my stairs as well as the other two rooms. A few months prior I had Stanley Steamer do the same stairs and rooms with horrible results; they acted like they couldn\'t wait to finish the job and move on. My stairs still looked dirty while the tech tried to explain that it was the carpet fibers or some nonsense. This prompted me to not use them anymore and I took a chance and called A1. He did an excellent job on my stairs and his work was so good that i inquired about him cleaning my ceramic kitchen floors...once again he did an excellent job. I will certainly use them again and I recommend you do the same if you want an excellent job on your carpets and tile floors. I will never call Stanley Steamer again......waste of money !!!!
