Comment: The techs did a wonderful job at getting the spots out and they have not reappeared like they did both times with this other company I have used twice in the past. \r\n I want to suggest that when someone gives a quote over the phone that they let the client know of any possible changes in pricing that will or might be included such as carpet protectant, deodorizer even if the client did not initially ask so they are not surprised by any price increases when the tech arrives like I was. I was given a quote over the phone and when the carpet men got to my house the prices changed and went up by $100 and if I wanted carpet protectant and or deodorizer then the price would go up more. I opted to go get my own and do it myself.
