  • Comment: I had requested to be given a 15 minute notice before the techs arrived so that I could gather my cats and make sure they didn\'t get out through the front door. I did not get a warning call, the guys showed up , opened my door wide and proceeded to get started while I was hysterically trying to gather my cats. Other than that, the guys did a really good job and I would have you come back as long as I was promise to receive notice before arrival
