Comment: I called to get a quote over the phone. I was assisted by a wonderful representative. She was friendly knowledgeable listened to what I needed. She gave me a quote and provided me a date and time that worked with my schedule. The day of the cleaning I was assigned a professional gentleman who asked what I needed done. I explained I called other carpet companies to clean my carpet but was never satisfied with the job. So he understood and said I will make sure your carpet is clean and that you\'re satisfied with the job. I explained I had certain stains in certain areas due to kids and high traffic areas. After he was done all the stains I requested were gone the quality of cleaning was finally done the right way I wanted.
