Why did the customer contact us?

Customer called because he had some severe stains a couple of them were bleach stains and the other was because he used a solution that lightened the carpet. He was moving out and had to get it fixed.

Solutions provided:

Our Dye Specialist went there and assessed the situation. He advised the customer he would do the best he could. Could not guarantee a complete match but can make it look 80% better. Customer wanted us to go ahead and do the job. When we were done the customer was very happy with the results and didn't think it would be a problem with the landlord.
