Why did the customer contact us?

Customer called because she needed her stairs cleaned. Everything else were hardwood floors. Stairs were somewhat soiled because of the traffic and she was hoping we could get them cleaned.

Solutions provided:

Our technician went there and assessed how soiled the stairs were and let the customer know that he would be able to get them cleaned. After the work was done the customer was very happy that we were able to make her stairs look like new.
