Customer called to have her carpets cleaned. Had some severe stains and some pet problems and wanted us to clean the carpet to see if they can be removed.

Solutions provided:

Our technician went there and went over what needed to be done. He explained that the pet problems were a 50/50% chance of complete removal. Customer did not want to pay any extra so the technician cleaned the best he could. The results were amazing and the customer was very happy
