Why did the customer contact us?

Customer called because her carpets and area rugs were heavily soiled and needed them cleaned. This was a past customer but had not used us for awhile.

Solutions provided:

We sent our technician over the customers home. He went over everything the customer wanted done and pointed out some problems that we could not guarantee because of age. She said that's okay. When we were done the customer called the office and wanted us to know what a wonderful job our technician did and will only use us from now on.
