Customer called to have her carpets cleaned. She had several severe spots that needed to be cleaned and she wasn't sure we could get them out.

Solutions provided:

The technician arrived onsite and took a look at the spots and felt he could remove them. When he was finished the customer was amazed that he was able to remove them. She said she will definitely call us back the next time she needs a cleaning
