Customer called and said she had several rips in her carpet which was indoor/outdoor and glued down to the floor. Wanted to know if we can fix.

Solutions provided:

Our technician went there and was able to repair the areas of concern and the customer was not able to see where the repair was made. This was a very difficult repair and because the technician had the experience he was able to repair it to the customers satisfaction.
