Customer called to have her very light carpets cleaned. Was concerned about how clean we would be able to get them because of the light color.

The technician arrived and went over all the concerns the customer had. He then went to work making sure to give special attention to the heavily soiled areas. When the technician was done the carpet looked like brand new and the customer was very happy.
