Why did the customer contact us?

Customer called to have us come and clean one of  their rental units.  It had some heavily soiled areas which she wanted us to pay particular attention to.

Solutions provided:

Technician arrived and got to work cleaning the areas requested.  On the heavily soiled areas the technician made sure to go over several times to remove as much soil as possible with out over wetting the carpet.  Customer was happy with the results.
