Why did the customer contact us?

Customer contacted us because he had a rental unit that he wanted to sell. He wanted us to come out and see if we could clean the floors in the kitchen, dining, and living room. The floors were Mexican pavers that were in very bad shape and didn't know if they could be saved. 

Solutions provided:

Our technician arrived and provided an estimate and rescheduled for the following day.  It took 3 days to complete because of the condition the floors were in, but was able to uncover the beauty of the floors.  Customer was extremely happy.
