Why did the customer contact us?

Customer called A-1 Carpet Care to clean her carpet in 4 rooms.  I had been awhile since she had her carpets cleaned and needed some extra attention to several rooms.

Our technician arrived and assessed the condition of the carpet and went over what the customer could expect.  He then went to work making sure to give special attention to the several rooms that needed it.  Customer was happy with the end result and will be sure to use us again.
