Customer contacted us because he needed some tile and grout cleaned in one of his rental units.  

Solutions provided:

Technician arrived and cleaned the areas requested by the customer.  When the customer saw how clean the technician got the tile he requested that he clean another unit the following week.  Customer was very pleased with the end result
